Services

As a valued partner at ARTIECE, your role in client acquisition is crucial.

Like you, art is valuable and our collection of high art is a perfect exemplary, aimed to be shared with affluent individuals and businesses seeking contemporary art.

The services we provide to our prospective clients entails: Purchasing & Leasing art. Starting prices for purchasing art is $1690 USD and leasing art starts from $470 USD.

For effective partnership benefits, identify within your network; affluent prospects interested in art and promote ARTIECE.

ARTIECE PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Scope of Work:

Partners agree to recommend ARTIECE as the preferred source of art through effective channels, including word of mouth and social media sharing.

Payment:

Our partners are rewarded at ARTIECE with a 15% commission on the sale of each piece initiated.

You will receive variable network commissions for initiating new clients. Payments are made after the client completes their transaction.

Your banking credentials will be required so you can receive payments from initiated sales.

Ownership:

Consider yourself as a specially choosen; Commissioned Business Partner with a 15% potential ownership of each piece in our collection. The partnership offers partial ownership of the ARTIECE collection, with the responsibility to help protect it from unauthorized reproduction or distribution.

Credit and Promotion:

Partners must credit ARTIECE when promoting artworks. You can use ARTIECE’s provided content for promotional purposes and you will be given a Coupon Code for client access.

Termination Terms:

Agreements start on the effective date and are subject to updated terms. ARTIECE may terminate partnership with any partner who engages in controversial or unlawful acts. Partners can end the partnership at their discretion.

Representations and Warranties:

Our partners represent ARTIECE solely as a source for rare Caribbean artworks. They commit to complying with laws and regulations and promoting ARTIECE through provided materials.

Confidentiality is vital, and sharing this network commission documentation with third parties is prohibited.

Amendment:

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument actualized by both parties.
