RETURNS AND REFUNDS
ARTIECE is committed to producing and delivering products and services of the highest standard, but we do understand that sometimes the unexpected can happen.
In preparation for the downside, we already secure our clients by providing Art Insurance for specific level WAVES Members.
Damage is unlikely to happen in our secured packaging, however in preparation for an un, Image documentation is required to verify any incidents and the art piece repackaged, returned and will be restored or replaced based on the level of damage.
Non-members have a span of 3 days to verify shipping/packaging incidents and the art piece repackaged and returned to ARTIECE. The art will be restored or replaced based on the level of damage.
For a non-member, return on items are only allowed if damage occurred with your purchase during the process of shipping. The responsibility is placed on non members to report such an incident by contacting us within 3 days time upon receiving your item.
SHIPPING
All art pieces here go through a high quality hand crafted build by our skilled artisans and valued partners, so expect a one month waiting process albeit no shipping delays after sending your order to receive your customised piece.
Timing for rental services may differ and it would be wise to make an early order in advance of one month before needing pieces for your particular use case.
Once orders are sent, clients will receive an email within 3 days following up with packaging updates.
PRIVACY POLICY

Each art piece from ACQUIRE Art is museum quality and should stay original for just over 4 decades, though the pieces are expected to surpass a life span of 10 decades from the date of creation, once the works of art are handled with ownership care.
