PRODUCT & PROCESS

Art Distribution Process

Artists submit their portfolio of artworks digitally, and ARTIECE promotes them on various platforms. New artists are selectioned based on talent and thematic consistency.

ONBOARDING REQUIREMENTS

• Artists are required to provide a short bio, high-quality photographs of their work, a profile picture, and banking credentials. They must agree to ARTIECE’s terms and conditions before signing.

ARTIECE Dealership Terms

Scope of Work:

The artist agrees to allow ARTIECE to provide the following services to the Client:

(Selling, and consigning artworks for display and interior enhancement at various venues)

Payment:

ARTIECE sells, consigns, and invests in artworks for various occasions, offering a range of services to clients.

From your portfolio, preferred works of art will be selected to be displayed on our platform for promotion. These pieces are physically constructed only at ARTIECE

Each piece becomes a temporal / permanent resident of ARTIECE’s meticulously curated collection of contemporary art for clienteles.  

For any work sold, our artists are entitled to receive 50% of the final trade price excluding expenses, liabilities and taxes.

Ownership:

Artists retain full copyrights to their work and grant ARTIECE permission to use it for promotional purposes.

Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing artwork without consent.

No client is allowed to reproduce, distribute, or resell the artwork without the prior written consent of both the artist and ARTIECE.

Credit and Promotion:

The Artist shall be credited on all reproductions of the artwork, including but not limited to exhibitions, publications, and websites. They may not apply to all Ads.

Artists must agree to allow any client information revealed to them to remain private.

Termination Terms:

Agreements begin after artists sign and ends/continues when a new agreement is published.

ARTIECE may terminate agreements with artists who engage in controversial or criminal acts. 

Any disgrace beared upon our artists will naturally be placed on ARTIECE, so in protection of our representation and other Caribbean artists representations, ill represented artists will have to be notified and removed from the platform.

Representations and Warranties:

The Artist represents and warrants that:

• Artists represent that their work is original and complies with all laws and regulations.

• The Artist has the right to grant the license set forth in this Agreement.

• The Artist commits to protecting their global representation and linking their ARTIECE page to social media.

Indemnification:

ARTIECE indemnifies clients against claims related to physical artwork, including intellectual property rights.

Entire Agreement:

The agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties, superseding all prior agreements.

Amendment:

This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument actualized by both parties.
